Refunds

If Rimlight doesn't work for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying it.

How to ask

Write to the support address at the bottom of this page from the email you bought with, or include your order number. You don't need to give a reason, though it helps to know what went wrong.

What happens next

Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. Your license key stops working once the refund goes through, and Rimlight goes back to the free version. Your sets, concepts and builds stay in your project.

What a refund doesn't cover

Your Claude and ChatGPT plans are with Anthropic and OpenAI, so a Rimlight refund doesn't refund them. Ask those companies about their own plans.
